3. ASK FOR WHAT YOU WANT AS YOU'RE FALLING ASLEEP
Reprogram your subconscious mind. When you drift into a Theta Brain Wave your subconscious is more suggestible.
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF
Forgive yourself for anything that has happened in your past. We can't always know why something happened but your emotions can negatively impact your health. Acceptance will help you move forward.
5. MOVE YOUR BODY
Emotions and trauma can get trapped in our connective tissue. Yoga, Tai Chi, stretching, foam rolling and exercise can help move the energy that may feel stuck.
